These terms govern your use of ChrisX, software operated by Nova9, Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use ChrisX.

The service

ChrisX is software for building websites from a template library and running an agency: CRM, calendar, sequences, payments, and client sub-accounts. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and everything done under your account. Keep your password safe. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.

Acceptable use

Do not use ChrisX to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, host malware, or abuse the platform or its infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that do.

Trials, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial; you are charged $0 today and the plan converts automatically on day 14 unless you cancel first. After the trial, the plan you choose renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from billing settings; cancellation stops the next charge and is not retroactive. Prices may change with notice.

Credits and AI generation

Paid plans include a monthly allotment of credits, added to your balance each billing cycle. You can buy more as one-time top-ups. AI generation (building sites, creating images and video) draws credits from that balance; editing what you already built does not. If a generation fails on our side, the credits it used return to your balance automatically. Credits work only inside ChrisX: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not redeemable for money once purchased. Allotment sizes may change with notice, as prices may.

Your content and your clients

You own the sites, copy, and data you create, and your clients own their domains, payment accounts, leads, and customer data. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you.

Third-party services

ChrisX connects to services like Stripe and email providers. Your use of those is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them. Brand names and logos shown in ChrisX belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

No income guarantee

ChrisX is a software tool. We make no promise or guarantee of revenue, clients, leads, or income. Any results depend on your own effort, market, and offer. Comparison prices shown on our site are approximate third-party list prices for reference only.

Disclaimers and liability

ChrisX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nova9, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You can stop using ChrisX anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a fresh date.
